Our Journey so far
June 2010: We begin supplying exceptional care and staff to local care homes.
We settled into Beacon House; our first-ever booking was to provide cover for two shifts in a local care home.
Sept 2010: Our bespoke Bookings System is launched.
Due to overwhelming demand, we launched our bespoke online bookings system to improve efficiency and streamline the bookings process.
April 2012: Registration with the CQC, launched our new Home Care service.
Registering with the QCC meant that we were required to comply with strict regulations governing the care industry, and – after a lot of hard work – we continue to maintain our current “GOOD” rating.
Sept 2015: We launch Live-in Care.
We realised that by providing 24/7 support to some of our clients they could stay in their homes for as long as they wanted – this has always been especially important to us.
June 2017: CS24 Mobile App for our home care staff goes live.
We launched our mobile app to make clocking in and out for our home care staff considerably easier – and it reduces paper wastage as well!
March 2019: CS24 becomes an approved home care provider to BCP Council, Dorset Council and Hampshire County Council.
One of our proudest moments at CS24 – and it was all down to the exceptional standard of care and service delivered by our employees.
January 2020: New offices for our Home Care team.
As our business expanded, we realised that we required additional space at our headquarters at Beacon House to make some much-needed room for the Home Care team.
