It is not very often that you find a company that truly cares about their employees and clients at equal measure. Everyone at CareService24 are all working towards a collective goal. I am extremely happy to be part of this diverse and inclusive team. There is no expense spared to ensure that employees are well looked after from training to line management and great perks including company paid parking, free drinks and snacks. Employees are given the trust to manage their time and progress their development, surrounded by a hugely supportive and motivated team.

The office staff were incredibly supportive and understanding. The hours were completely up to me when I worked as well as the times. The care homes I was sent to could have issues, but this had nothing to do with CS24. If you ever did not like one home, they would make sure that you would not be sent back there. Overall, loved working for them, honestly wished I could have stayed.

You receive a lot of training before starting the care job and there are opportunities to earn qualifications after being with the company for a while. The pay increases over time and they have consistently paid above minimum wage. The hours are highly flexible and are chosen yourself, with a full day being as long as 12 hours or a half day at 6 hours. The work is difficult at first but becomes easier with experience. I would recommend starting with night shifts if you are not confident.

Working here for almost 2 years, I always received support from colleagues. Nice place to work for, with a good atmosphere. Wide range of vacancies available, to suit everybody’s needs.

Brilliant place to work. I work 3 1/2 long days a week and the pay is brilliant. I have been offered a guaranteed hours contract so I am now paid for the minute I get to my 1st call to my last. No more unpaid travel time! Office staff are friendly, helpful and available 24 hours a day if I need any help and even come and check in if needed. I would recommend working for them to anyone! Great pay and on a 2 weekly basis so I’m never short on money.

I have worked for another local agency before and there is no comparison. Everything CS24 promised me during interviews has been delivered: I earn much more, I have guaranteed hours and contract, I have a set weekly rota and I work in one area, I have paid travel time and mileage plus lots of training. Management team is very supportive and accommodating and they always answer and help when I need it. I really have no reasons to complain. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a community care work around Bournemouth.
