Perks of being a CS24 Care Coordinator:

  • An excellent initial salary £30,424 per annum (including on call bonus)
  • Paid 28 days holiday.
  • Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 plus on call on a rota basis.

CS24 Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

Being a CS24 Hero means you provide consistent person-centred care to our service users, enabling them to maintain as much autonomy and independence as possible by:

  • To represent the company in a professional manner on the telephone, face to face or in written communication.
  • To liaise and maintain positive working relationships with clients and care staff, (this will include regular care reviews, staff spot checks and supervisions).
  • To assist and formulate new packages of care.
  • To coordinate the team of care workers by updating and managing their daily work schedules.
  • To ensure that all visits are covered.
  • To manage all out of hours emergency calls from our clients and staff when on call.
  • To maintain accurate and timely records.

We are looking for people who share our HERO values. If you are Honest, Enthusiastic, Reliable and Open-minded we would love to hear from you. To become CS24 Care Coordinator, you should have:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in staff management / team leading, preferably within the health and social care sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proficient IT skills including rota planning systems, word, excel and emails.
  • Ability to change and adapt, respond to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Ability to display empathy and understanding.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Please note that we provide care 7 days a week, therefore you will be required to work unsociable hours.
