No experience is required as full training and support is given, however:
- You must absolutely have an innate caring nature. Our Heroes are enthusiastic, warm, compassionate, and have a friendly nature with the ability to work with integrity, patience, tact and understanding at all times.
- It is important for you to have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- As this is a travelling position, you must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- We will require 3 satisfactory references to support your application.
- We will require a proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
- You must be 18 years old or over.
A successful CS24 Hero will commit to work a mixture of shifts usually between the hours of 7.00am -2.00pm and 4.00pm – 10.00pm. Please note that we provide care 7 days a week, so availability to work every other weekend is essential. We have a range of shift patterns available which means you can fit your work around other commitments if needed.
