CS24 is seeking a Home Care Assistant for a full-time position. The successful candidate will provide consistent person-centred care to service users, assisting with personal care needs, mobility, and mental and physical well-being. This role offers industry-leading pay of £13.00 per hour on weekdays and £14.00 per hour on weekends, with a guaranteed hours contract and flexibility for full-time or part-time hours. Additionally, the position includes a welcome bonus, paid tax-free mileage, paid holiday, and long service awards. No experience is required as full training and support is given, however:

A successful CS24 Hero will commit to work a mixture of shifts usually between the hours of 7.00am -2.00pm and 4.00pm – 10.00pm. We have full time hours available for the right candidates. Please note that we provide care 7 days a week, so availability to work every other weekend is essential. We have a range of shift patterns available which means you can fit your work around other commitments if needed.
